Traffic Light Installation Progressing at Providence Golf Club Community

With the high demand met for a traffic light to be installed on US 17-92 by the Providence entrance, home owners and guests can feel safe on the road.

Safety is the top priority for guests and residents of the Providence Golf Club Community. With a 24-hour manned gatehouse and license plate reader at the gate, homeowners have found peace and safety at home.

A traffic light has been suggested by many residents to continue to keep Providence a safe environment. Providence and ABD Development listened and began to take measures into enhancing the safety of the community beyond the gates.

The long-awaited traffic light is being installed at the entrance of Providence on US 17/92, ensuring safety on the road for those coming and going to Providence, as well as to surrounding establishments.

“We are looking forward to seeing the traffic light being used, knowing that our residents and guests will feel safer when they come to Providence,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “Now with more homes being built, more people will want to come and see all we have to offer here at Providence. Safety is one of the biggest things homebuyers look for a gated community as large as ours.”

As the community grows with the construction of Phase Two, traffic will grow at the entrance of Providence.

Providence Golf Club Community will have over 4,000 homes once the construction of Phase Two is completed. ABD Development and Lennar are currently building in the new development with lots available in Hampton Landing and Camden Park.

The gated community is located in the southwestern region of Orlando, Florida. Providence is approximately fifteen minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort. It’s the perfect place to call home after a round of golf or a day at the theme parks.

Providence Golf Club Community prides itself with the maintained luscious greens of the 18-hole championship golf course, as well as the clubhouse with a restaurant, bar, and pro-shop.

Providence features state-of-the-art amenities such as a resort-style community pool, a lap pool for exercise, the brand new Fitness Center with brand new equipment, a children’s playground, two tennis courts, and a dog park. These amenities are included in Providence’s low HOA fees and do not have CDD fees.
