Providence Move-in Ready Spec Home Inventory Shrinks in Hampton Green as Amendment 3 Vote Nears
The Parade of Homes Orlando judges selected an ABD Providence golf course fronted home for a Blue Ribbon and a Merit Award at the 2026 event.
A recent highlight for the Central Florida real estate region was the Orlando Parade of Homes, where ABD Development Company was awarded a Blue Ribbon by the touring judges for the two-story balcony views of the Aspen model. This new home in Providence and the celebrated golf club community itself also won Merit Awards at the event. ABD is also taking the initiative to inform Florida voters about a new amendment that has been added to November’s ballot.
“Amendment 3 would increase the state property tax exemption on homesteads, create a pathway for the full elimination of non-school property taxes on homesteads, and reduce the assessment growth cap on non-homesteaded properties,” said Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development Company. “If the amendment passes by the required 60 percent of votes, those who are not Florida residents by December 31, 2026, will not receive the increased exemption until after five years of qualifying for resident exemption.”

A new ABD Providence neighborhood is on the horizon for sometime in the next year as Hampton Green could be near sell-out.
What will happen when the last of these iconic contemporary Courtyard models are sold in Hampton Green? There may be some lots still available for custom built golf club homes near Orlando, but the builder is making no promises with the popularity of Providence currently at its peak.
