Orlando, Fla (March 28, 2017) — Beginning the first of April, the Greater Orlando Builders Association will hold its annual weeklong Spring Parade of Homes for 2017, an event of sales and celebration for the regional real estate industry. At last year’s event, ABD Development Company accepted three awards for community development and luxury home building in Providence Golf and Country Club Community, a gated oasis located just southwest of Orlando.

ABD Development invites visitors to see its three entries in the 2017 Parade of Homes for the Orlando area, although these models are open everyday during non-Parade season as well:

Sherbrook Springs– Newton: most popular floor plan in Sherbrook Springs Golf Cottages with a from the rear lanai enabling you to catch a sunset over the Michael Dasher-designed golf course.
Heritage Green– Courtyard: truly the pinnacle of intelligent design, bringing the outside world in, and showcasing the high quality and incredible finishes for which ABD has come to be known.
Heritage Green– Sorrento: ABD’s newest addition to the line of executive homes is “just the right size”, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, sitting directly upon the third hole of the golf course.

These are just a few of the offerings this recognized Central Florida based developer has available for viewing by discerning real estate buyers. Providence Golf and Country Club Community has several more spec homes in various stages of construction by ABD: two additional golf cottages, the Aberdeen and the Elgin, and two perfect examples of the Wyndham V model, one with bonus room and balcony.

“We were given awards for all three of our entries at the Orlando Parade of Homes last year,” said Yuval Botansky. “ABD can’t help but look forward to these events after decades of trophies for our communities of Providence, Vizcaya, Windsor Landing, and Toscana Palm Coast, which this month received the 2017 Flagler Parade of Homes Award of Excellence for the Courtyard model.”

ABD Development believes it is the quality design and craftsmanship of the models the established builder shows at the Parade that keep earning accolades. Along with this, the secret is out that ABD is the best-value custom home builder in Central Florida. As residents can attest, the cost to own a home within Providence is the lowest in the area with no CDD fees, no mandatory club dues, and a significantly low HOA.

Visitors can feel free to see Providence for themselves during the Orlando Parade of Homes, April 1st-9th, or anytime they wish. All of the models at Providence are open seven days a week, 10-6 PM.
