Providence, Fla.-(January 29, 2014)- What began as a dream golf community of Florida homes southwest of Orlando near Kissimmee has established itself as one of the most coveted areas to invest in real estate, according to the recent Forbes magazine list of “Best Buy Cities: Where to Invest in Housing in 2014”.

Forbes selected the Orlando-Kissimmee metropolitan statistical area as #8 on the list of locations that were calculated to give investors the best return on investment. The list was based on population, home prices, and local economic factors – all of which added up to a positive outlook for home buyers in Providence. This gated community offers a wide array of home types and builders from which savvy investors may choose.

“We knew when we broke ground for this community in Davenport, Florida that Providence had a very bright future ahead,” says ABD Development’s President, Yuval Botansky. “We were sure buyers would be drawn to the location with its incredible views and beautiful golf course. The fact we are so close to the Disney parks and downtown Orlando is the icing on the cake.” ABD will continue to build its award winning custom homes in Heritage Green and the highly anticipated golf course villa section, Sherbrook Springs.

Fortune 500 builder Lennar Homes is among the companies to answer the demand for new construction in Providence. Richmond American Homes, also a Fortune 500 home builder, will have its model home in Drayton Woods completed by the end of January, with five spec homes on the way.

Lennar’s models can currently be found in the section known as Cortland Woods. Lennar is also responsible for the new phase of single family homes being constructed at Lakeside Villas at Providence. The largest models that Lennar is offering are planned for Victoria Woods.

Home builder D.R. Horton is the latest developer to get involved in Providence with numerous lots slated for new homes in close proximity to the golf course. D.R. Horton will be offering its esteemed line of models in Drayton Woods and the company’s Emerald division will be developing one of the newer areas in Providence, Fairway Villas, which has 91 lots.

Park Square Homes has begun construction of houses intended to be utilized primarily as short term rentals in Rosemont Woods, which will be managed by Contempo. This is yet another indication that smart real estate investment is a key to the popularity of Providence.
