Complimentary Course for Real Estate Professionals Offered at Providence Golf and Country Club Community

Realtor course at Providence

Davenport, Fla (February 1, 2016) — Southwest of Orlando, Providence Golf and Country Club Community was the location for an exclusive Realtor’s course given for free to a select group of real estate professionals. This complimentary course was provided as a special thank you to Providence’s partners in the real estate community. Over 60 realtors in attendance were able to earn their New Home Co-Broker Academy course certification as well as three hours of continuing education credit from the Florida Real Estate Commission.

The course was held January 21st at the Clubhouse of this popular gated golf community, giving participants not only valuable education but access to an inside look at the award winning Providence development. The educational benefits of the free class, which would normally cost $99.99, were to teach real estate agents how to prospect for new home buyers, increase sales conversion by showing new homes, while providing better service to their customers.

“We offered this course with the participation of David Fletcher, a 30 year real estate industry veteran,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “David Fletcher has worked with other home builders and developers all over the state, and can count $3 billion worth of real estate transactions as a broker. He had the resume that we felt would make him the best choice for instructor to our select group of real estate agents.”

Because it was so popular and well received, the New Home Co-Broker Academy course will be held once again in March at Providence for a new group of real estate professionals. Please feel free to contact Matt Brown at 863-420-2100 ext. 103 or [email protected] if you are interested in attending. ABD provides many materials for its realtor partners to utilize, including online tours of its golf cottage and luxury home models in 3D.
