ABD Development Sells Out Another Neighborhood of Florida Golf Course Homes in Providence Community
Luxury home neighborhood Heritage Green, within the Providence Golf Club Community, has sold out all home sites and inventory homes as of February 2021.
The Heritage Green neighborhood in Providence Golf Club Community has officially sold out of home sites and inventory homes. ABD Development Company, developer and custom builder in Providence, announced the sold out status of Heritage Green this week. Models in Heritage Green have netted 12 total Orlando Parade of Homes trophies over the years.
“This was our most award winning neighborhood in Providence so the closing of those final sales feels like the end of an era,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD Development. “Fortunately for new home buyers seeking Florida homes for sale like these, we are actively building in our Phase Two neighborhood, Hampton Landing. This new neighborhood on the back nine of Providence features the same floor plans as Heritage Green and many more.”
The popular, award-winning home models by ABD Development Company will continue to be available in its new Hampton Landing neighborhood at Providence.
The sold out status of ABD’s Sherbrook Springs golf cottage neighborhood in 2019 accelerated sales of the remaining available inventory and home sites remaining in Heritage Green. The increased interest of those choosing to invest and reside in Florida real estate, especially gated golf communities in the Orlando area such as Providence, also contributed to Heritage Green selling out.
The location of Providence in Davenport, part of Polk County southwest of Orlando, has been a magnet for those who seek a peaceful setting with access to modern amenities and world class golf. Over the years ABD has continued to present several custom versions of its signature Courtyard model, which typically include a pool and spa design and contemporary upgrades and features.
