2020 GOBA Parade of Homes Featuring Providence Golf Club Community This July

Summer has arrived, and soon the Greater Orlando Builders Association’s Parade of Homes will follow on July 18-26, 2020. Providence Golf Club Community proudly holds the title of the Community of The Year six times. Alongside such an achievement, ABD Development’s Courtyard model has been proudly known to be the most awarded models in Parade of Homes history.

With such achievements within the Providence community, the ABD team await the Parade of Homes where they showcase their contemporary and pristine developments within the community.

The annual Orlando Parade of Homes will feature Providence Golf Club Community, located in southwest Orlando, this July.

In the heart of Central Florida, Providence is known for its 18-hole championship golf course, flawless amenities, and a harmonious atmosphere for residents and guests as they enter the gates.

“Over the years, we at Providence and ABD aspire to continuously maintain the hard work of our staff and residents to make the community the perfect paradise, all while being close to the tourist attractions,” says Yuval Botansky, President of ABD.

Providence is convenient to those that wish to be near world-renowned theme parks, such as Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando, all while remaining in a scenic and safe environment. The gated community is a paradisiacal place that separates you from the clamor and commotion of the city.

With Phase Two under way, ABD continues to build homes with gorgeous models such as the new Courtyard and the Marbella models. Hampton Landing, ABD’s newest development, broke ground early in March and will have both the Courtyard and Marbella model homes on display.

Alongside Phase Two are the updated amenities, such as a brand-new gym with ultramodern equipment, a rebuilt children’s park, and a spacious dog park. In Providence, there is something for everyone.

“We are really excited by everything we’ve all worked so hard for. With Phase Two, the ABD team and I can only continue to hope to make our residents feel in a world of their own within the Providence gates,” says Matt Brown, Vice President of ABD Sales and Marketing.

Alongside the growth of the community and as construction of Phase Two is advancing, Providence and ABD Development will open its gates to welcome guests and future residents to have a have a look at all the luxury that Providence has to offer.

The Parade of Homes is an anticipated event that the Providence community looks forward to each year, free of charge and open to the public to take a look at what Providence and ABD have to offer to those traveling from far and wide.

The Parade of Homes will be taking place in the Orlando region from July 18-26, 2020.

In the meantime, contact an ABD sales representative for more information on their homes and amenities. Providence has no CDD fees and low HOA fees.
