Providence Golf & Country Club Community Sees 35 Percent Increase in Sales Traffic

Providence, Fla. — Providence Golf & Country Club Community, the 2,200 acre master planned luxury development off U.S. 17-92 in the Loughman-Davenport area of Polk County, reported it has seen a 35 percent increase in sales traffic since early February.

David Kohn, president of ABD Development Company, which is developing more than _________ new homes at Providence, attributed the increase to new model homes ABD Development Company introduced at Providence with smaller, smarter features that increase energy efficiency and reduce energy and maintenance costs.

Kohn said the winter season has brought many new active adult visitors to the sales center from northern states.“Providence offers more luxury lifestyle opportunities for active adults who dream of relocating to Florida, with more activities and a wider range of choices.  Their increasing numbers is evidence that the economy is recovering,” Kohn said.
