Our president, Yuval Botansky, carries on the ABD tradition of communication, integrity, and trust begun by our founder, David Kohn, who personally oversaw every aspect of the building process.
Yuval Botansky, M.E. B.Sc Civil Engineering, began serving as President of ABD Development Company in 2012. After many years of managing large commercial and infrastructure construction projects all over the world, Yuval has brought his knowledge to further enhance ABD Development as a highly recognized luxury home builder and community developer.
David Kohn, B.Sc Civil Engineering, founded ABD Development in 1991 and was the driving force behind its success and continuing status as Central Florida's award winning developer of communities and luxury homes in Orlando and Palm Coast. His spirit lives on in the personal customer service received by each buyer of these exquisitely crafted houses.
